Your Woodbridge Association Website Is Operational
This website, constructed by Phoenix Corporate Services, Inc. in Cherryville, NC; a group of former Carolina Freight information technology specialists is now fully operational. It is accessible via woodbridgekm.com and by woodbridgekm.org, our original website domain.
The website debuted at the annual meeting in March of 2007. It is intended to provide the benefits noted below to our association. But, as with anything, we must use it to gain the benefits. How much we save as an association and indirectly as property owners is dependent on using the functionality that is being built into this website.
q We can save hundreds if not thousands of dollars a year on postage if association members will sign up for online newsletters and voting. Sign up for an Electronic Newsletter today - read on web or download for print.
q The Website can provide information and feedback to our community on issues in a neighborhood and other community related topics. This is provided through a community bulletin board (blog) with categories of: Residents New/Moved; Services (recommendations for service providers by residents); General Comments; Suggestions; WatchOut (vandalism, crime, etc) in your neighborhood and others as requested.
q Electronic Voting and posting of results on web page will be available for those who sign up for this feature.
q You can read past and current Minutes of Board and general meetings. Also. any of these can be printed.
q E-mail and other contact information for board members is available.
q Flash “News” button on web page notes new communications available.
q The Association can provide e-mail account for residents; example yourname@woodbridgekm.com. Sign up today if you want an e-mail address with our domain name.
q The most up-to-date Bylaw and Restriction documents are available in electronic format. They can be read online or downloaded for saving and/or printing.
q A Short History of Woodbridge for potential new home and property owners is available as well as general information and community links.
q Lot and parcel information for the entire communities of Woodbridge is available under By Laws/Restrictions Maps.
To keep our website current, we continue to need pictures of the community to include on the website. If you have digital pictures you would like to share, you can send them to info@phxcsi.com. Also, please post pertinent information to our blogs, our community’s bulletin board.
