Our communities are located only a few miles from Interstate 85, which allows easy access to Gastonia and Charlotte, its airport as well as south to Greenville/Spartanburg and Atlanta. Kings Mountain, a ten-minute drive to the east offers a rapidly expanding business park with the benefits of a larger city without the negatives. Shelby is the county seat for Cleveland County (population 96+ thousand) and offers all the amenities of a medium size city and is only a ten-minute drive from our communities.
