Welcome to the Woodbridge Association of Home & Property Owners Official Website
Located in the fastest growing area of Cleveland County, the five Woodbridge communities surround Moss Lake and Woodbridge Golf Links in eastern Cleveland County. Begun in August of 1971, the Woodbridge communities were developed in phases through December of 1979. There are 476 lots in the developments with over 300 property and homeowners. With the original lots sold in Woodbridge and the last community being Woodbridge West, development has been continuous since the first home was started in 1971.
Our communities are located only a few miles from Interstate 85, which allows easy access to Gastonia and Charlotte, its airport as well as south to Greenville/Spartanburg and Atlanta. Shelby is the county seat for Cleveland County (population 98+ thousand) and offers all the amenities of a medium size city and is only a ten-minute drive from our communities. Kings Mountain, a ten-minute drive to the east offers easy access to Gastonia and Charlotte via I-85 along with shopping and dining on a smaller boutique scale than Shelby.
The Woodbridge communities located on Moss Lake offer a comfortable and affordable life style to both young and old.
