DIRECTIONS TO WOODBRIDGE

Interstate 85, north or south you would take the highway 74 Bypass exit-west toward Shelby, NC. Exiting off Hwy 74 Bypass at the Moss Lake/Business 74 off ramp you would turn right (left if traveling east) at the top of the ramp and proceed (north) on Stony Point road. To reach the communities of Woodbridge, Woodbridge East, Woodbridge South and Woodbridge West you would turn left off Stony Point onto Camp Creek Church Road (approx. 3 miles) and follow the signs at the entrance to each community. To reach Woodbridge North you would continue on Stony Point past Camp Creek Church Road (1/2 mile) and the entrance to the community is on your left.

EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES

School choice is dependent on lot location but options to attend a school other than the assigned is considered and permitted through application to the Cleveland County School System. With a school population of approximately 18,000 and 28 schools, the system is large enough to offer a challenging and varied curriculum but not to large to be impersonal. Cleveland Community College, Isothermal Community College and Gaston College offer a wide variety of Associate Degrees as well as vocational training. Graduate and post graduate education if offered at Gardner Webb University located in Boiling Springs, NC and UNCC in Charlotte, NC. Nearby in Spartanburg, South Carolina are Wofford College, Converse College and USC Upstate.

LEISURE OPPORTUNITIES

In our community, Club Woodbridge is a private tennis and swim club offering two newly resurfaced tennis courts and an large (106,000 gallon) swimming pool with an adjoining kiddies pool. The facility can also be rented for private banquet facilities and offers year round operation for our community. The area also benefits from a large investment by the community in YMCA facilities A state of the art facility opened within the past ten years is within a ten-minute drive of the Woodbridge communities. Parks such as Kings Mountain National Military Park(Revolutionary War Battle of Kings Mountain), Kings Mountain State Park and South Mountains State Park along with the newly opened Kings Mountain Greenway trail are within a twenty minute drive from our communities A forty-five minute drive will take you to the Cowpens National Battlefield, another pivotal Revolutionary War Battle site in neighboring South Carolina. Cleveland Mall is less than a ten minute drive from our communities. Here you will find shopping, local and chain dining and a ten screen Carmike Cinema.
